Your Coaches and Trainers.
Mark Hayward a personal trainer and nutritional adviser at Level 4 on the Register of Exercise Professionals and a member of the British Association for Cardiac Rehabilitation. For over 20 years he has been working with clients specialising in fast safe weight loss, as well the rehabilitation of cardiac and physical trauma patients through exercise. His work takes him all over Devon and his no nonsense approach to exercise combined with his thorough nutrition plans have enable his clients to “exceed what they thought was possible” with regards to weight loss.
Owen Fernandes a Registered Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro Linguistic programming) and an expert in the Psychology of Weight Loss and creator of the acclaimed Free To Slim Weight Loss Program. He works with clients on a worldwide basis through coaching and training and runs his practice from the exclusive Southernhay Clinic in Exeter and London’s Harley Street. His expertise enables him to help women resolve the underlying issues that have caused them to be overweight and his work has been described as “Truly Transformational”.
